THICC REFUND & RETURN POLICIES
THICC Pizza Co. requires the following for all refund requests:
Please visit our website’s home page and submit a refund request on the "REACH OUT" form with photos of the issue and a description of why you are requesting a refund within 24 hours of your order. If the pizza is topped incorrectly, please send a photo of the top view of the pizza. All qualified refund request submissions will be contacted via email or phone as soon as possible. When a refund request is approved, funds will be returned within 48-72 hours of processing the refund.
If preferred, please return any/all refund request pizza(s) to our store for immediate refund consideration. Please note that THICC Pizza Co. is unable to process refund requests without photos or the return of the pizza(s) with issues.
THICC ONLINE ORDERING POLICIES
Online orders are available for pickup or delivery.
You can order from our Square® online store, Slice®, or Door Dash® Marketplace.
*Please confirm that you are ordering from the correct location before you complete the order with payment. If you accidentally order from the wrong location, please visit our website’s home page and submit a message on the "REACH OUT" form regarding the error. We will review the request and process a refund as soon as possible. Please note that orders placed at the wrong location will be refunded less a 33% food loss fee. A reorder can be placed for the correct location if desired.
Your order will be ready approximately 20-30 minutes from the time the order is placed unless you are ordering more than 4 pizzas, OR if you are ordering during a large event at The 505 Food Hall. Please allow an additional 15-20 minutes for your order to be completed if any of these apply.
Please note that we do not employee our own delivery drivers. Our delivery service is through a THIRD-PARTY system that utilizes Door Dash®, Postmates® and Uber Eats®. Once your order is picked up, we are no longer in responsible for the order. If you have an issue with the order (food in the bag), please contact us via telephone at 505-492-5126 or follow our refund request protocol below. If you have an issue with delivery of your order, please contact the customer care number of the delivery service on your text or email receipt.
